Why Noisia Radio is a must-hear for drum and bass fans

Noisia Radio is only on its 2nd episode but it's already becoming my go-to radio show of choice. Why you ask? It's all about personalization and engagement. This legendary drum and bass trio from the Netherlands takes the time to give commentary and opinions on every track played.

This is no small feat for major artists who usually don't have or take the time to make their radio shows great. It's still early days and maybe after episode 50 these guys might disengage a bit (please don't), but as of right now Noisia Radio is an absolutely must-listen for anyone who loves drum and bass or bass music in general, check it out:

Noisia gave a special shout out to the experimental bass artist Losi from Vancouver by dropping the track "Boem":

Drum & Bass: Listen to the first episode of Noisia Radio

The legendary DnB trio known as Noisia has unveiled their first episode of "Noisia Radio". The new radio show will serve as a new platform to keep in touch with their fans as they showcase the best new tracks within the DnB world. Here's what they had to say about the new show:

With Noisia Radio we hope to build a platform where we can play a wider range of music than we would in a club environment. It allows us to give some insights on the music we're feeling and releasing, as well as keeping our fans up to date more frequently and in a more accessible way than just by playing a show near you once a year or via the occasional video or message on social media.

Preview I Am Legion's (Noisia x Foreign Beggars) debut album

Could this debut album by Noisia and Foreign Beggars as "I Am Legion" has found the "sweet spot" between hip hop and bass music? Possibly. What I do know is that this new album has given me something fresh to listen to that differentiates them from the rest of the pack. This album is huge with 16 new tracks to chomp on, check out the full preview below:

I Am Legion is planning to go on tour in the UK, Europe, and Australia soon in support of the new album - I hope North America is in their radar sometime in 2014.

Two free tracks that you should download right now if you like bass music

Here are two tracks that you should definitely get if you are into the bass heavy music:

Pretty Lights ft. Talib Kweli - "Around The Block" (Datsik Remix)

Datsik remixes this chill tune and takes it to another level by creating a festival ready bass banger while keeping the soul of the original track.

I Am Legion [Noisia x Foreign Beggars] - "Make Those Move"

"Make Those Move" has been out of a while but worth mentioning if you haven't picked up this fast paced track filled with attitude created these two powerhouses. Expect to hear more tracks Noisia and Foreign Beggars in the future as they continue their I Am Legion project.

Noisia Remixes Skrillex 'Bug Hunt' (Wreck-It Ralph)

Skrillex -Bug Hunt (Wreck-it Ralph) (Noisia Remix):

I'm happy to see no huge drops in this track, and the parts of the track that get you moving are very catchy and imminently danceable. This remix is beautifully constructed with just the right amount of complexity inserted into it.
