Today Google announced that their music streaming service called "Play Music" is finally available in Canada. The service allows you to access 25 million tracks from major labels, including electronic dance music centric labels. You can also upload up to 20,000 tracks from your own personal library online and listen to them at your leisure as part of your subscription.

The "Play Music" service is currently offering a 30 day trial period, and if you subscribe before June 30th, you can "lock in" a special monthly rate of $7.99. Past June 30th, the subscription price will rise to $9.99 a month.

I personally signed up for the service and my first impression is very positive. I tried to find tracks from my favourite artists in different genres and so far I've found pretty much all of it. The interface is simple and intuitive. You should give it a try.
