Swedish House Mafia drove a few fans to tears in NYC

As reported by Dancing Astronaut:

"Tens of thousands of fans were seeking one last fix from One Last Tour. Saturday came and pyrotechnics blasted along to “Antidote.” Sunday came and an arena belted lyrics to “Save The World.” Monday came and Axwell brought tears to faces with an emotional final farewell. Tuesday came, and the trio was gone, disappeared into the ether – nothing more than whirlwind of music, love and energy. Swedish House Mafia conquered New York City and there was nothing left to give — no more Madison Square Garden sell outs, no more arena shows, and no more goosebumps."

Don't you worry child because I wouldn't be surprised if Swedish House Mafia goes on a reunion tour in a few years time.

The Hakkasan experience from the DJs perspective

Now that Tiesto, Calvin Harris, and Steve Aoki are confirmed as the first DJ residents for Hakkasan in Las Vegas, what will it be like for these DJs as they step into the DJ booth for the first time? Neil Moffitt, the founder and CEO of Angel Management Group, operators of Hakkasan had this to say:

“Imagine if you’re the DJ: When the downstairs and upstairs are full and it’s got intensity, there’s nothing like it. It makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck,” Moffitt says. “It’s not like walking in a sea of heads; it’s like being in a stadium. When you see someone score a touchdown, he looks up at the coliseum like he’s a god. That’s the DJ’s mentality.”
