New music Friday featuring Deadmau5, RL Grime remixes, Grandtheft/Diplo and more

A lot of new and exciting music was introduced this week including a snippet of Deadmau5's latest track, a bevy of remixes made for RL Grime and Rihanna's BBHM (I select the best 2 of the bunch), and more. EDM Canada has a brand new Soundcloud page where I'll be showcasing what I think are some of the hottest tracks/mixes of the moment. Click here to follow it now.

Gent & Jawns

Grandtheft and Diplo

Here's a huge dubstep track that combines metal elements created by Dieselboy, Downlink, Mark The Beast, and Mayhem called "Carcosa". It sounds massive:

My favourite mix of the week goes to Giuseppe's "Go On Air" guest mix series featuring Allen & Envy. Filled with energetic trance tracks that range from the harder side to the emotional with a few vocal tracks sprinkled in, this is a proper mix that could be listened to a few times:

New music Friday with Nero, Gareth Emery, and Orjan Nilsen

In the last few days the EDM world has been treated to 3 great brand new tracks that are worthy of our attention. The first is Nero's latest track in a soon to be released album that has had fans waiting for far too long to be released. The track is called "The Thrill" and it brings back memories of their melodic bass music that had originally put them on the map:

Gareth Emery has been busy in the studio by producing an excellent remix of the ever popular "Going Home" by Cosmic Gate featuring the vocals of Emma Hewitt. With a brand new club mix and now a Gareth remix, "Going Home" is assured to be heard in clubs worldwide for a long time to come:

Last but not least we have Orjan Nilsen, who in my opinion, has created a powerful track with "The Edge". It's a no-nonsense track that is imminently listenable, check it out:

Listen to 30+ unreleased tracks from Snails new mix

Snails is back with another mix filled with IDs that will be revealed once it has had enough plays. With approximately 32 unreleased tracks, this mix has already generated over 150,000 plays in 24 hours. Not bad. Snails continues to explode onto the bass scene and is quickly becoming one of the premiere names to watch out for in 2015. Check it out below and enjoy:
