Watch this video documentary on the evolution of drum & bass in Toronto

The following video covers how the drum and bass got started in Toronto from 1992 until present. There are a lot of DnB OGs that were interviewed in this documentary including Mystical Influence, Rick Toxic, MC Flipside, and more. Today's drum and bass community in Toronto is still alive and well thanks in part to these individuals portrayed in this video below:

Official video: Nero - "The Thrill" (Bonus Rene LaVice remix)

Nero electrified the Coachella crowd with their live show in the Californian dessert last month and now they give us a slice of that experience in their official video for "The Thrill". With head vocalist Alana Watson taking centre stage, you get a sense that Nero is in a good place musically as you get a sense that they feel supremely confident in their sound and style. This confident style is translated well to this music video, enjoy:

Bonus: Have you heard the incredibly creative remix of "The Thrill" made by Toronto's own Rene LaVice yet? He literally creates a new sound for this track that brings a beautiful unison of the instrumental and drum and bass together. This is a must listen:
