Last week, the one-day IMS Engage 2014 event took place in L.A, and the organizers have just uploaded the first conversation between underground artist Guy Gerber and Diddy on Youtube. I consider this conversation to be a must-watch video for all of those that are curious observers of the scene: 

Diddy and Guy Gerber was probably the big talking point at IMS Engage 2014. Gerber opened up the talks with how they met and why this relationship has become what it is: "I was told to come to New York to make music together. He played me a track from my first album for inspiration."

Yesterday in Los Angeles, some of the brightest thinkers behind the EDM boom came together to share their thoughts in a one day conference called IMS Engage. Using the hashtag #IMSengage, people from all over the world could read key quotes from the speakers at the conference. Speakers at at this conference included Pete Tong, Ben Turner, Skrillex, Shelly Finkel (SFX Entertainment), Matthew Adell (Beatport), Russell Simons, Amy Thomson (Manager of Swedish House Mafia), Diplo, and more.
