7 brand new albums released this month that you should check out ASAP

This month has been hectic with brand new releases as artists get ready to show off their music for the summer festival season.  Here are 7 albums released recently that you should check out: 

Zedd True Colors

Release date: May 18th. 

This is Zedd's second full length album with 11 brand new tracks and a variety of vocal collaborations. The style is very much in lock step with his last effort Clarity, but this time with a few key male vocalists added that will give this album a new feel.

Alesso forever

Release date: May 26th.

Forever is Alesso's long anticipated debut album comprising of 14 tracks. Alesso decided to take the Calvin Harris approach for Forever as he added a mix of new tracks and older hits like "Under Control" and "If I lose Myself" into the overall album. This new album is very accessible and will be loved among his many fans.

Zomboy Ressurected

Release date: May 25th.

After the success of his debut album The Outbreak in 2014, Zomboy gives us Resurrected - a remix album that includes several new original tracks. This album is a bass gem as there are more than a few remixes here that will certainly be played throughout the summer festival season.

Xilent We Are Virtual

Release date: May 17th. 

Xilent is out with his debut album titled We Are Virtual, a 16 track masterpiece filled with original and memorable tracks. He works with multiple genres while keeping his bass roots apparent throughout. We Are Virtual is just a great listen and it will be on my personal playlist all summer long.

Bryan Kearney Presents This Is Kearnage Volume 001

Release date: May 25th

Bryan Kearney is close to be considered a legendary trance DJ by now as he's famous worldwide for providing punishing sets that set dancefloors on fire wherever he goes. Now he's out with the first mix compilation based off of his label and asked his friend Will Atkinson to help out. The mix by Bryan Kearney is superb as it is a perfect reflection of his dark and powerful style.

Sied Van Riel Rielism Volume 3

Release date: May 11th. 

This is the third mix compilation installment for Sied Van Riel as he filled this 3 hour+ series with 29 memorable tracks. He starts it off with a little prog and gradually veers it towards trance. Featuring some of the best talent that the genre has to offer, Sied Van Riel sprinkled in a few of his own tracks including his beautiful remix of "Say My Name" featuring the vocals of Audrey Gallagher. Rielism Volume 3 would be a great addition to any music collection.

Ilan Bluestone Anjunabeats Worldwide 05

Ilan Bluestone has been a shining light over at Anjunabeats for well over a year and has been rightly chosen as the artist to mix the next Anjunabeats Worldwide compilation series. This CD has summer written all over it as the Anjunabeats hallmark sounds are well represented in every track. There are a few excellent remixes of Above & Beyond tracks from Jerome Isma-Ae and Ilan Bluestone which breathes new life into these much listened to hits. The Club Mix of Super8 & Tab's "Patience" was another high point.
