Listen to brand new Skrillex

For the past year it's been hard to talk about Skrillex without also mentioning Diplo or Justin Bieber. Jack Ü's popularity has been huge and the mainstream media have latched onto Justin Bieber's new resurgence thanks to Sonny Moore's producing skills. But today Skrillex finally stands alone by releasing a bass heavy remix of GTA's "Red Lips". We're reminded that he has not forgotten his bass roots and gave his true fans something to cheer about. Hopefully releases like this aren't once in a blue moon and that Skrillex logs more studio time to create further solo projects.

Must-listen for trance fans: John O'Callaghan's live set at Dreamstate

The biggest trance event this year in North America was held in California this past weekend where the best trance DJs converged for 2 nights to deliver outstanding sets. Fans traveled far and wide to check out the Dreamstate lineup and by most accounts the event delivered. The set that received the highest praise was none other than John O'Callaghan, an EDM Canada favourite. Playing a mix of uplifting and team 140 trance, John O'Callaghan knows how to please hardcore trance fans. Thankfully he uploaded his set on Soundcloud so the rest of us can also enjoy this memorable set.
