Joe Ghost has been a permanent fixture on the Toronto scene in the last few years. He has recently taken the main stage of the Digital Dreams Music Festival and attained headlining appearances at the Garden of Eden and Electro Wild Festivals this summer. He's also been busy in the studio with recent releases on Tiesto's Musical Freedom and Steve Aoki's Dim Mak Records. 

This Saturday he'll be in Vancouver to rock the AuBar Nightclub and EDM Vancouver wants to give a lucky winner the chance to take a friend to see Joe Ghost for free! To enter, you must be on Twitter and do the following:

CTV News: "Montreal police make 73 arrests at Ile Soniq"

Here's the interesting part about those 73 arrests: (Source: CTV News)

"Those arrested were intercepted at the entrance to the site, police say, and never made it through the gates. Of the 73 people, five were minors....The arrests were for offences related to drug trafficking and consumption as well as for weapons-related offences. Eight people were treated for being intoxicated, though police spokesman Cst. Raphael Bergeron could not say whether they were intoxicated by drugs or alcohol."

If this is what it takes to reduce injuries and fatalities at festivals from now on, then so be it.
