Above & Beyond announced the #ABGT100 event will be held at Madison Square Garden in New York City!

Paavo from Above & Beyond just announced during Friday's broadcast of the Group Therapy radio show that they will be hosting their special #ABGT100 massive event at the iconic Madison Square Garden venue in New York City on Saturday, October 18th. This is a huge moment for Above & Beyond as they become only the third major electronic dance music act to host an event at Madison Square Garden venue following the Swedish House Mafia, and the ASOT 600 party last year. Expect a stellar lineup comprised of the very best from the Anjunabeats label as well as other huge acts that they admire. This is going to be a huge event, and I have no doubt that Above & Beyond and the Anjunabeats crew will be upping the ante for this event on October 18th.

Frozen + Armin = Awesome

When I first heard that Disney invited a few choice artists to remix famous Disney songs, I was immediately skeptical. It felt like a stretch, like Disney had made a business-inspired move to embrace electronic dance music because it was simply popular and the "in" sound at the moment. But according to Armin Van Buuren in yesterday's A State of Trance broadcast, they gave him carte blanche and allowed him to remix the track any way he'd like. I was pleasantly surprised by the results, check it out: 

What do you think? I'd say Armin Van Buuren did an outstanding track of creating a breathtaking and uplifting remix of the Oscar winning track from Frozen.
