Pretty Lights was in New York City for a tour stop and we got to tag along for a day getting a glimpse of what Pretty Lights was up to before his show. Of course the video is grooving to tunes from the Grammy nominated "A Color Map of the Sun", so if you're a fan then this is the video for you:

Remember Breaux - the 19 year old producer embroiled in that DJ Snake/Mercer mess a week ago? As someone who is always keen on posting fresh Deadmau5 tunes, I have mixed feelings about this move. On the one hand I find it cool that Joel has taken the time to create a real ecosystem for his horde to find a home and interact. But on the other it means that websites like EDM Canada will basically stop posting about new Deadmau5 tunes because there is no longer a way to stream his new tunes from his site. Best of luck to Deadmau5, but closing his Soundcloud page will unfortunately mean a lot less coverage of his latest tracks moving forward.
