Re-listen to the 'Who's Afraid of 138?' live sets from ASOT 600 Den Bosch

One of the most popular stages that gained the most buzz from A State of Trance 600 was without a doubt the 'Who's Afraid of 138?' stage from Den Bosch this past weekend. Bringing in such big talents such as Aly & Fila, John O'Callaghan, Armin Van Buuren, Bryan Kearney and more, it's easy to see why there was so much excitement for a stage dedicated to show off the harder edge of trance music. If you haven't had a chance to listen to the sets live, you can enjoy these ASOT 600 sets  thanks to livesets.at. Click here now to listen in and re-experience the final ASOT 600 mega-event for the year.

Watch this: Episode 2 of Daft Punk's 'The Collaborators' featuring Todd Edwards

Episode 2 of Daft Punk's 'The Collaborators' series features Todd Edwards, an American house and garage veteran producer from New Jersey. He worked with Daft Punk prior to random access memories by co-producing and performing the vocals for Daft Punk's 'Face to Face':

Few interesting points from the video:

  • Todd Edwards: "The concept [of the album] was they reversed gears and went back to a time that no one is focusing on, even in the way they record music."
  • "They brought the sound of something that has been lost for a long time"
  • "It's kinda ironic that two androids are bringing soul back to music"

Didn't get your fill from UMF? Then re-watch these live sets from Miami

UMF Miami is already a few weeks old but not far from our thoughts as it left an impression on both the attendees and the millions of people who enjoyed the festival online. The following are live sets taken at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, enjoy:

Armin Van Buuren

Armin played 140 bpm trance on the mainstage which should be reason enough to watch this set twice:

Steve Aoki

This set was easily one of the most entertaining to watch during UMF. Why you ask? 5+ cakes to the face, flotation devices, crowd surfing, thousands of raging fans, and Steve Aoki of course:

Bingo Players

Some say that this set by the Bingo Players was one of the best of UMF, watch it and you decide:

Kaskade

No one knows how to weave Kaskade's tracks together into a power packed hour of vocal anthems better than the man himself:

Above & Beyond

A&B shows off the sounds of Anjunabeats to the world:
