WayHome Music & Arts 2015
When: From Friday, July 24th until Sunday, July 26th, 2015
Where: Burl's Creek Event Grounds, 134 8 Line S, Oro-Mendonte, ON, L0L 2X0
Time: Gates open on Thursday, July 23rd at 5:00 pm for campers. The main festival will be open from 11:00 am until 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday. Sunday hours are from 10:00 am until 1:00 am.
Age:
- All ages (Children 12 & under are free when accompanied by an adult with a GA full event pass).
- Campers: If you are under 18, you will need someone over 18 to buy your camping ticket, but does not have to be with you at the campsite. (Source)
Overview: The organizers of the immensely successful Bonnaroo Festival in the U.S. is coming to Toronto this summer with the inaugural WayHome Music & Arts 2015. Big names like Bassnectar and Odesza will be appearing next to other headliners like Sam Smith and Kendrick Lamar. The first phase is a little light on electronic acts but hopefully more will be added soon.
This is a camping festival which means Torontonians who don't feel like making the trek to Oro-Mendonte every day can stay on the grounds for the duration of the festival.
