The Yousaf sisters (Krewella) claim that Kris Trindl was "Pretending to DJ"

As reported by Dancing Astronaut:

"Richard Busch, attorney for the Yousaf sisters, has called the lawsuit baseless and believes that the information they have filed with indemnify the sister’s of any wrongdoing.  The countclaim states that during performances Trindl would just generally stand to the side of Jahan and Yasmine while “pretending to DJ” alleging that he was on stage “purely for the sake of image.” The papers also claim that Trindl did very little production on many of the Krewella tracks and that his alcoholism lead the group to hire outside producers to help Kris finish the album."

Get weird with Skrillex's latest official video

Skrillex released an official video for "Fuck That" from his latest album Recess that will surely confuse a lot of people (including myself). The video begins with a prisoner montage sequence of harsh boxing training, and then a happy reunion with his girl once he's released. From there it just gets weird. If you don't believe me, go check it out for yourself:

Olle from Dada Life has a message for you

Olle from Dada Life posted a very serious message today on their site, here is an excerpt:

“It’s the best cancer you can get.”

“Cancer?”

The only word I could hear was “cancer” and it kept bouncing inside my head and I don’t think I heard what the doctor said for the rest of the visit.

As some of you know I’ve been away from the touring. And now I want to tell you why. In the beginning of September I went to the doctor. It was a Monday. On Wednesday I had surgery (moving fast is important). Since then I’ve been taking blood samples, going through x-rays and talking to doctors. And now I’m in chemotherapy.

Yes, it’s cancer. But after talking to the doctors I’ve realized that this particular form really is “the best” cancer you can get. Most people that get treatment become completely free from it.....

....I will be away from touring for a while. I don’t know exactly how long right now, but I aim to be back at the end of this year. Stefan will still be doing all the shows and play a full Dada Life-set. It won’t be long until the bass hits you in the stomach and you look up towards stage and see two DADAS bouncing up and down smiling.

Olle will continue making great songs for Dada Life while creating a side project of previously unreleased tracks. To read the entire message (and you should), click here

I wish Olle the very best, and I hope for a speedy recovery.
