Listen to Giorgio Moroder's "74 is the New 24" (+ Album announcement)

After a 30 year hiatus, the legendary disco producer Giorgio Moroder will be releasing a solo album in 2015. Giorgio has enlisted Britney Spears, Sia, Charli XCX, Kylie Minogue, Mikky Ekko as collaborators which should produce interesting results. According to Giorgio Moroder, it's all about the music:

"Dance music doesn’t care where you live,” Moroder said of the new track. “It doesn’t care who your friends are. It doesn’t care how much money you make. It doesn't care if your 74 or if you are 24 because... 74 is the new 24!” (Source: Billboard)

To coincide with the album announcement, you can listen to his first single "74 is the new 24" right now by clicking here.

Kris Trindl forms new group called Hunter Square

Kris Trindl, the former member of Krewella (Or is it current? It's confusing), has formed a new group called Hunter Square with Mat Devine and Kill Hannah. They already have a brand new single ready and it's called "Wrongchilde" featuring Gerard Way, check it out:

If you're wondering whether this track is a signal to expect a softer approach to Kris's production style, fear not, because he just tweeted to expect harder tracks in the very near future:
